Jackson threw two touchdown passes in the second quarter — one of which came thanks to a fortuitous carom — and the Ravens beat Cincinnati 34-20 on Thursday night after the Bengals lost Joe Burrow to a wrist injury. Burrow left in the second quarter after throwing a touchdown pass and wasn't able to return. “That's like receiver one sometimes.”Ravens coach John Harbaugh announced after the game that Andrews' injury appears to be season-ending. Watson had an MRI on Monday that revealed he had a displaced fracture to the glenoid in his right shoulder and team doctors determined he required immediate surgery to avoid further structural damage, the Browns said in a statement. "So giving him some time is best.”Burrow strained his right calf muscle on the second day of on-field workouts in training camp on July 27. CINCINNATI (AP) — Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow became the highest-paid player in the NFL on Thursday, agreeing to a five-year, $275 million contract extension, according to a person familiar with the deal. The market for quarterbacks was set for Burrow in late July when Los Angeles Chargers QB Justin Herbert agreed to a five-year, $262.5 million extension.
